Membership Benefits
Unlimited Classes: Access every regularly scheduled class for six months—designed to challenge, inspire, and celebrate your progress.

Supportive Community: Join a movement where every BODY belongs, every BODY is beautiful, and every BODY can go vertical.

One-Time Freeze (Military or Medical Only): If an injury, illness, or deployment occurs, you may pause your membership once for up to three months with a doctor’s note. Only one freeze is allowed per term.

Membership Policies
Non-Refundable & Non-Cancellable: This membership is paid in full, non-refundable, and non-transferable. Early cancellations are not permitted.

Auto-Renewal: At the end of your six-month term, your membership will automatically renew for another six months at your agreed-upon rate.

Cancellation of Auto-Renewal: To stop renewal, you must email sandiegoca@verticafitness.com at least 3 days before your next billing date. This notice allows our team time to process your request. Cancellations submitted later than 3 days before renewal may not be processed in time and you will be responsible for the upcoming payment.

Class Attendance Policy
12-Hour Cancellation Rule: Cancel at least 12 hours before class start time to avoid a $15 late cancellation/no-show fee.

Emergency Exceptions: In the case of an emergency, text your location directly so we can assist you.
