Membership Terms and Rules:

Membership is valid for one household only. All children must live in the same home.

Memberships cannot be shared or transferred. This includes sharing access with nanny groups, extended family members (such as cousins), or friends.

The membership begins on the date of purchase and expires exactly 12 months later.

Refunds are only available within 7 days of the purchase date. After that period, the membership is non-refundable for any reason.

Member benefits apply only to those listed under the household membership and are not extendable to non-members.

Misuse of membership (e.g., sharing access or violating policy) may result in immediate cancellation without refund.
