Terms and Conditions:
1. This membership will auto-renew each month until cancelled
2. Must sign up at least 1 hours before class
3. Must give at least 10 hours notice to cancel a class
4. Late cancels (within 10 hours of the start of class) or no shows will result in a $25 charge
5. Must give 2 weeks written notice, before next payment date, to cancel or pause your membership.
6. Classes under 2 members will be cancelled.
7. Must follow all PHNX household/cleaning policies
8. One free pause per year and $7 administration fee for all pauses after that
9. Please arrive to class on time, those that are more then 5 minutes late are not guaranteed entry to class.
