Lift with us in our new 60 MINUTE classes. 30 minutes of our signature Pilates followed by 30 minutes of weight lifting. We work the major muscle groups of your arms, chest, shoulders, back, butt and legs. No sweeps or burpees to be found, anywhere.
Simple, no frills, weight-lifting done safely with the intense focus on form and alignment that you have come to expect from our Pilates.
