• Cancellations made within 12 hours of class time will incur a $15 late cancellation fee. No-shows (failing to attend without cancellation) will be charged a $20 fee. Cancelations should be made through the app or browser.

• 5-minute grace period applies to all classes. Clients must be on a reformer within 10 minutes of the scheduled start time. After that, the class will be marked as a no-show — no exceptions. This policy is in place for your safety and to avoid disrupting the flow of class.
