Purchase of 1 single class. Please note that late fees apply. To avoid fees, cancel your class booking at least 12 hours in advance. Failure to cancel within this timeframe or not showing up will result in a $15 fee. Classes do not expire. No refunds or exchange.

Studio Policies:

• Cancellations made within 12 hours of class time will incur a $15 late cancellation fee. No-shows (failing to attend without cancellation) will be charged a $20 fee. Cancelations should be made through the app or browser.

• 10-minute grace period applies to all classes. Clients must be on a reformer within 10 minutes of the scheduled start time. After that, the class will be marked as a no-show — no exceptions. This policy is in place for your safety and to avoid disrupting the flow of class.

• Grippy Pilates socks are required for our classes to ensure your safety. We do not provide socks for borrowing, but they’re available for purchase at the studio. Your safety is our top priority!

• Waitlist Policy: Join the waitlist to get a spot if there are cancellations. If a spot opens up within 12 hours before the class, you’ll be added automatically. For example, for a 5:30 PM class, a spot must open up by 5:30 AM. You can manually add yourself if there’s an available spot after the 12-hour mark.
