Classes expire 3 months after activation (first use). Expiration may be extended with the purchase of an additional class pack or membership and by emailing Collective Dance Fitness. May not be used for workshops or special events. Classes/ class packs are not transferable. A cancellation fee may be charged in the event of a refund.
