The perfect mix of guided movement activities and basic Martial Arts training to keep your littles engaged and having a blast while building fundamental motor skills. The Little Lotus Program offers a warm, welcoming space where age-appropriate activities instill important values while keeping learning fun. Our classes balance playfulness with perseverance, meeting kids right where they are in their development.

While traditional martial arts classes might feel a bit too structured for their age, Little Lotus is designed specifically for young learners, empowering them in a joyful, supportive way. Through interactive activities and group play, they learn valuable social skills like cooperating and communicating effectively. As they interact with peers and caring instructors, they build the foundation for positive relationships and self-assuredness.

what to expect:
- dobok (uniform) included
- 35 minute classes (5 minutes of free play followed by 30 minutes of instruction)
- exposure to basic martial arts techniques, values, and etiquette
- engaging, age-appropriate exercises and lessons
- growth in social skills, confidence, and coordination
- program concludes with a graduation ceremony where certificates and belt stripes are awarded to celebrate their progress and hard work
