Adapted Exercise for Young Adults to Adults: Strength, Endurance, & Fun
This class is designed for adults who benefit from adapted exercises in a supportive and inclusive environment. Using a station-based setup, activities are tailored to individual skill levels to find the “just right” challenge for each participant.
The focus of this class is to:
Increase Strength: Build muscle and endurance through guided exercises.
Improve Coordination & Balance: Enhance motor skills for everyday movement.
Foster Neuroplasticity: Promote brain-body connections by building new pathways.
Social Connection: Enjoy a fun, uplifting atmosphere while encouraging and connecting with friends.
Whether you're seated or standing, each activity is modified to fit your needs. Come join us to move your body, build confidence, and have a great time with a supportive group!
Caregivers are encouraged to stay, and intervene if needed to support participation or emotional regulation.
Each participate must fill out a registration form to participate in class.
