TINY CHAMPS (AGES 3-5)

Our Tiny Champs program introduces the focus and discipline that all martial artists require. These 30-minute classes are held in a fun, structured atmosphere. The classes emphasize:

• Focusing eyes, mind, and body to get the most out of the class

• Basic punches and kicks

• Respect for others

• Age-appropriate self-defense attitude
