Junior Instructor Group Classes are designed for junior instructors to practice their teaching skills while enrolled in the RPTT program. All participants must be injury-free, not pregnant, at least 6 months postpartum, and have no disc issues or osteoporosis. Because this is a training-based group class, accommodations and modifications cannot be made. Clients must be able to change and adjust their own equipment and keep up with the pace of the group.
