• Late cancellation ($15) and no-show ($20) fees apply
• A valid credit card must remain on file
• Early termination of the contract is subject to a $100 cancellation fee

• Grip Pilates socks are mandatory for all classes – no exceptions
• 5-minute grace period applies to all classes. Clients must be on a reformer within 5 minutes of the scheduled start time. After that, the class will be marked as a no-show — no exceptions. This policy is in place for your safety and to avoid disrupting the flow of class.
