Enjoy your first class for only $15! No refunds or exchanges. Please note our 12-hour cancellation policy—if you do not cancel at least 12 hours before class, it will be lost and cancellation or no-show fee will apply. Also, grippy/Pilates socks are required - no exceptions.

Studio Policies:

• Cancellations made within 12 hours of class time will incur a $15 late cancellation fee. No-shows (failing to attend without cancellation) will be charged a $20 fee. Cancelations should be made through the app or browser.

• 5-minute grace period applies to all classes. Clients must be on a reformer within 5 minutes of the scheduled start time. After that, the class will be marked as a no-show — no exceptions. This policy is in place for your safety and to avoid disrupting the flow of class.

• Grippy Pilates socks are required for our classes to ensure your safety. We do not provide socks for borrowing, but they’re available for purchase at the studio. Your safety is our top priority!

• Waitlist Policy: Join the waitlist to get a spot if there are cancellations. If a spot opens up within 12 hours before the class, you’ll be added automatically. For example, for a 5:30 PM class, a spot must open up by 5:30 AM. You can manually add yourself if there’s an available spot after the 12-hour mark.
