Studio Policies: Arrive 5-10 minutes before class starts with grip socks which are required for class. Classes are 45 minutes. We offer a 10-minute grace period after the start of class however it is not recommended to arrive late. This ensures everyone gets a proper warm-up and avoids disruptions. All packages and memberships include a 12-hour cancellation policy. Cancel your class at least 12 hours in advance to avoid a $15 fee.

Grip Pilates socks are required for our classes to ensure your safety. We do not provide socks for borrowing, but they’re available for purchase at the studio. Your safety is our top priority!

Waitlist Policy: Join the waitlist to get a spot if there are cancellations. If a spot opens up, you will be notified by email and will need to confirm your spot within the hour of the time you were notified.
