Drop-In Pilates Reformer Core Connection classes (Level I/II). Participants must meet with an instructor prior to attending any Pilates Reformer class either through a Pilates Personal Training session (initial complimentary session), Discover Pilates (complimentary),  or with Instructor Permission in order to ensure proper class flow, adhere to safety standards, and provide the highest quality experience possible for our guests and members.
