StegoStomp is an energetic 30-minute music and movement class for toddlers aged 2-5 years. Led by Dr. Sarah, a licensed physical therapist, this class uses music to engage multiple senses, helping to improve fine motor skills, spatial awareness, rhythm, and pattern recognition. Singing and dancing foster creative expression, boost cognitive development—such as memory and attention—and promote positive emotions. It’s a fun, developmental activity that encourages kids to explore, express, and grow through movement and music.
