Duet Pilates is a semi-private class designed for two participants with one instructor. Participants must bring their own partner and register together for this class.

Participants and their partner will get personalized instruction tailored each person's fitness level, goals, and any specific needs (such as injury rehabilitation, pregnancy, or improving athletic performance). Experience our full suite of top-of-the-line Pilates equipment in a fun, motivating, and supportive environment with your friend.
