This membership gives athletes access to one high-impact small group session per week—designed for personalized growth in a competitive, structured setting. With no more than 12 athletes per class, coaches can give targeted instruction while creating game-like situations that build confidence, consistency, and court IQ.

All LAB training sessions—regardless of size—are led by trusted coaches and rooted in proven player development methods. This small group format simply offers athletes more touches, more feedback, and a training pace that keeps them engaged and progressing each week.
