As do we.This combined practice of Yin Yoga and Restorative Yoga will begin, continue or finalize your re-webbing practice. Diving deep into the connective tissues of the body and ultimately landing somewhere closer to our super consciousness, be the super soul that you are. If a spider can rebuild its web every day, we have that ability too.
