Location: Holmes Camp and Retreat Center, located 55 miles north of New York City at Holmes, NY.

Join us for our third Ashtanga Sadhana \ Retreat, taking place at the serene Holmes Retreat Center in upstate New York. This sadhana (practice) immersive weekend offers students of all levels a chance to deepen their practice in a peaceful, nature-filled setting. Surrounded by lush forests and tranquil lakes, you’ll experience Mysore and guided Ashtanga sessions, pranayama, meditation, restorative practices and an evening bonfire under the stars. Enjoy nourishing meals, community bonding, and time to reconnect with yourself away from the hustle of daily life.
