RHP Customized Online Training is the next best thing to working in person with us!

This program is tailored to your unique goals and needs. We take the foundation from our “RHP Gym Online” training and craft it specifically for you! We take your available equipment, goals, time, injuries, etc all into consideration when designing your customized program!

If you're looking for a one stop shop to improve your strength, power, mobility, conditioning and general skills look no further!

Training sessions will be released weekly and depending on the week, your availability and goals,  you may receive 3 to 6 workouts all varying in intensity and specific tasks.

Step 1: After completing the subscription for RHP Customized Online Training, we will receive an email and a notification of your subscription. Within 24 hours you will receive a Trainerize invite from us sent to the email you used for the payment.

Step 2: Complete the Trainerize invite, create a profile for yourself, and download the Trainerize app.

Step 3: Login to your new Trainerize account on the app and go to the “workouts” tab. This is where you will see workouts scheduled for the upcoming week!

Step 4: Get to work! You will continue to see 3-6 training sessions each week for the duration of the time that you’re training. Be as descriptive as possible while communicating through Trainerize for best results. The more communication the better. (Payment plans are monthly subscriptions, and can be canceled anytime without penalty.)
