Thai Kids is for ages 8- 12 yrs. Children will continue to learn the foundation of Muay Thai Kickboxing while exercising and having fun, or be introduced to the sport if just beginning. This class is a combination of calisthenics and muay thai, which builds core strength and develops coordination and control. Our studios emphasizes positive self image and respect for everyone.
