With this membership you have access to all of Brenda's Fitness' live workout and yoga sessions as well as full access to the video library. In the library you will find recordings of the live sessions, additional workout content such as kettlebell workouts, TRX workouts, other styles of shorter and longer workouts, handy tips, direct instruction on movement patterns and so much more!! Not sure if you are moving correctly, no problem, this membership allows you to video your exercise and send it to Brenda for review and assistance.
