- Dynamic Reformer
- Infinite Strong
- Pilates for Back Pain
The following classes are not available on purchase of a class pass:
- AAA
-Intermediate Reformer
The reason for this is because we want to continually keep you safe and give you the best workout possible while also giving you a world class service. On participation of the reformer class we will access your abilities in regards to your current reformer training. Once we have had the opportunity to assess your reformer abilities we may at this point open up more advanced classes if you purchase more class passes.
