The Legacy by GKF is for those who are ready to make the commitment to themselves and take their TOTAL self to the next level. In order to truly feel your best and be able to continuously grow and build strength for a lifetime of wellness , you must find a path that works for you!
Fitness and nutrition is not a set “method”. They are not things that are “one size fits all” nor can they be set in stone. They must be adapted and tweaked very regularly. A plan that works well for one person might yield no results for another person. Everyone is different and different stimuli will cause different adaptations depending on many person-specific factors.
The GKF approach to fitness is to follow “The Program” which focuses on building strength and correcting movement patterns over the long term, so that we can live our best lives without pain!
The GKF approach to nutrition is to fuel our bodies by eating more wholesome real foods, and by developing a healthy relationship with food. In “The Legacy” everyone will have their own diet plan to follow, and each plan will be very different depending on the individual. Each plan might be very strict or might be less intensive based on what the individual and the coach decide. The goal by the end of the 12 weeks is for each participant to have learned how to properly fuel themselves WITHOUT following a set diet plan. Diet culture has caused many of us to have a pretty messed up relationship with food, and it is the GKF mission to try to fix this.
This is a 12 week metamorphosis program that provides all the tools and support you need to establish a healthy lifestyle that is your OWN, and is sustainable long term!
