Fostering Self-Esteem for kids is a 4.5-hour, social, pop-up program divided into three 1.5 hr classes, offered to two age groups; 5-8 and 9-12 years old.

It's time to teach our children resilience through self-esteem, self-control, and self-awareness.

This program helps kids with inner-conflict resolution, believing their boundaries and emotions are important, learn to love their body type, energy type, and become aware of their love language. Allowing children to accept themselves for being the unique individual they are.

This ammunition will give them the mental, emotional, and spiritual power to overcome the external insecurities they will encounter throughout their childhood, teen years, and adulthood.

We can’t end bullying, body ridiculing, or insecurities; but we can prepare them for it.
