This is a 12 Sessions s per Month recurring membership that is a THREE-Month Contract. This membership renews automatically every 3 months.  You must provide 15-days notice prior to your 3-month renewal date for any membership change or termination. You must maintain a valid credit card on file. You must provide 1-hours advance notice for all Team Training Session cancellations. If you do not cancel your reservation prior to 1 hour before the Class begins, you will be charged $5 for each late cancel. There will be no exceptions to this policy.
