These sessions are specifically with a seasoned level I, II, Specialized Equipment GYROTONIC® Instructor or Doctor of Physical Therapy.  Work out and move with a friend or contact us to help you find a workout partner who is a fit for you!   Note:  If your partner cancels 24 hours in advance your session may be rescheduled or you have the option to upgrade to a private appointment.
