Designed to align and balance your energy centers, this session focuses on the 7 main chakras and offers a unique opportunity to restore harmony and revitalize your spirit. Your practitioner may use techniques such as scanning, a pendulum or intuitive sensing to assess your energy field and detect any imbalances or blockages in your chakras.  Through gentle Reiki touch, healing stones and Tibetan bowls corresponding to the various chakras, your practitioner will work to clear blockages and restore the flow of energy in the chakras, promoting balance and harmony.  The session typically concludes with grounding techniques to help you to integrate the energetic shifts and a discussion of any intuitive findings or questions you may have.
