Save by committing to once a week with a dedicated teacher. This option is great for students looking for a regular weekly private session with one dedicated teacher. This session pass will automatically renew once you have 2 sessions remaining on your account. A 30-day notification is required to cancel. A strict 72-hour cancellation policy is enforced with 1 “freebie” late cancellation each semester.

*Is an Apprentice Teacher Certified?*
No. Apprentice teachers are currently enrolled in the Pilates School SF Teacher Certification program.  Apprentice teachers have completed a minimum of 1000+ hours of instruction at the Pre-Pilates to intermediate levels. Prospective clients may have some minor to moderate body injuries or chronic conditions and complete a muscle and joint stress test by a lead or expert teacher before booking their first session. Their sessions are semi-observed by a lead or expert teacher trainer for the majority of your sessions.
