1. Membership & Tuition: Your membership includes 30-minute lessons, with tuition set at $230 per month.
2. Lesson Calculation: Tuition is based on an average of 4 lessons per month. While some months may have 5 lessons and others 3 due to holidays, you are guaranteed 48 lessons over 12 months.
3. Missed Lessons: If you receive fewer than 48 lessons in 12 months, any unused lessons will roll over to a 13th month, during which no additional tuition will be charged until all 48 lessons are completed.
4. Extra Lessons: If you take more than 48 lessons within a year, any extra lessons will be charged individually at a 10% discount for perfect attendance.
5. Stopping Lessons Early: If you stop lessons before your membership ends, we’ll recalculate your payments and lessons to ensure you receive everything you’ve paid for.
6. Missed Lesson Policy: If you need to miss a lesson, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Your teacher will provide a makeup lesson based on their availability.
7. Withdrawing from Lessons: You can stop lessons at any time by providing a withdrawal notice to the office before the 10th of your final month.
8. Summer Hold: You can put your membership on hold for one summer month. Your tuition will secure your spot and be applied to the following month when you return.
