Private Yoga sessions are an excellent option to have one-on-one attention for a variety of reasons:
- Attention to your form and finding modifications for injuries or personal comfort
- You have a schedule that is hard to fit into the regularly scheduled classes
- Deepen your practice and customize your experience.

Note that we have limited instructors that offer Privates and limited studio availability. Please speak with our membership team before starting your private yoga practice.
