Light & Sound Restore with Sara is a guided nervous-system restoration experience combining red light therapy, gentle stretching performed fully clothed, calming breathwork, guided meditation, and an immersive sound bath.

Participants remain fully clothed for the entire session while moving through slow, comfort-based stretches either on a mat or in a chair. The red light therapy, sound, and breathwork work together to support relaxation, recovery, and nervous system calming—without effort or strain.

This session is led by Sara using a neuro-informed, comfort-first approach, making it accessible for all levels.
