*MOVE- 85 minute private studio session with Amanda for learning your personal practice.

*access to other tools to aid your “open gym” practice (posters, flash cards, QR codes for online tutorials of your exercises)
*your first “open gym” (in studio self-guided practice session) is included in the $175 ($105) cost to help you get started!
