Reiki is a healing modality based on energetic principles where healing occurs when a practitioner channels energy into the patient by means of light, static touch. Reiki helps to promote and activate the natural healing processes of the patient's body and restore physical, emotional and spiritual well-being. A session can include light, gentle pressure from the practitioner's hands and may also be done by working a few inches above the body with no actual touch.

After a session, most clients report feeling a sense of lightness, relaxation and peace.

This healing session is for 60 minutes including the healing modality of sound. Tuning forks & Tibetan Singing bowls will be used to facilitate a greater sense of wellness and balance.
