Get one-on-one private “Classical Pilates” lessons with one of our teachers. Stretch, strengthen, and have the body of your dreams without irritating underlying issues or injuries. This includes instruction on the Cadillac, Reformer, chair, ladder barrel and pedi-pull. If you don't know what these are, don't worry! We will teach you all of it, no experience necessary! We recommend coming twice a week for best results. But, we do respect your wallet and won't push you with a sales pitch! This package expires 3 months after the sale date.
