Recommended if you only plan to train x1/week with a coach. All sessions are 30 minutes or the discretion of the coach.

CONDITIONS:
- All sessions expire within 1 year of first use unless given notice prior to expiration
- Session will be forfeited if not cancelled at least 12 hours before start time
- Sessions can be transferred if requested
- No refunds on sessions packs
