Release & Restore ::  a Restorative Sound Healing Session

Cultivate compassion for self both physically and emotionally as you observe yourself in this practice.

Sound meditations are hypnotic and transformational healing experiences in which the sound breaks through barriers to bring in light and love. Combine this with gentle restorative postures, this two hour session will guide you into a deep state of meditation and release leaving you feeling totally at ease.

Julie will lead you through a grounding sequence that will allow your mind & body to enter a state of relaxation and release through 3-4 restorative postures. Ending with an hour of stillness and deep rest while Kenny lulls you into a state of meditation.  In restorative yoga, you learn to intentionally think and act with kindness, which starts with yourself.

About Our Hosts: 

Julie is a 200 hr RYT, with a conscious, gentle and mindful approach to her teachings helping each student find a place of peace and connection to mind, body, and spirit.

Kenny is a long time musician and certified reiki healer known for his transformative and nourishing gong meditations. Over the last 15 years + he has led thousands of Sound Therapy sessions and offers Sound Therapy in numerous health institutions across the country.
