We open with a powerful breath journey led by founder Jennifer Richards—whose own healing story sparked Sedona Hot Yoga back in 2010—then glide into a deep, fully immersive sound experience guided by gong master Jason Radd. Expect your nervous system to downshift, your mood to lift, and your whole body to hum.

We’ll blend elemental voices—Water depth and Air/Cosmo shimmer—to move from grounding fundamentals into spacious, sparkling harmonics.

• 28 Crystal and Tibetan bowls — a curated set of high-purity German crystal bowls plus Tibetan singing bowls: luminous, precisely tuned layers that fill the room and wrap the body in tone.
