Restorative Yoga is a blissful, slow practice that relieves mental/ physical tension through the use of supporting props like blocks, bolsters and blankets.

You will be guided into a peaceful state of stillness while receiving Reiki (a form of healing where energy is transfered through the practitioner to the participant encouraging emotional and physical healing.

This deeply healing practice is appropriate for everyone.
