place seated in a chair or using it for
support, making this practice ideal for anyone with
mobility challenges, joint sensitivity, or those seeking a gentle
yet effective way to stay active.
You’ll move, stretch, and build strength—without strain or
discomfort—through a well-rounded, low-impact practice that
improves flexibility, balance, and confidence. Each class offers an
energizing, accessible workout that engages your entire body while
being kind to your joints. You’ll build strength, increase range of
motion, and leave feeling more open, grounded, and capable.
Each class includes:
- An inspirational “love
and light” reading for the day
- Centering
breathwork
- Upper and lower body
warm-ups
- Gentle yoga, strength, and
conditioning
- Balance and hip mobility
exercises
- A
grounding savasana to close
