Pilates program designed to have you connect with your deep core
and pelvic floor allowing you to have a smoother
postpartum recovery.
We
use Merrithew® designed Pilates props to add resistance
with the exercises like the Stability Ball and
Flex Band to help deliver moves that re-align the
changing body, strengthen your arms and shoulders and increase
a sense of well being.
Learn
the principals of deep core muscle activation that will support you
throughout your life.

Special Instructions
Please arrive at least 5-minutes before the start of class. The front door will close once class starts.
What To Bring: Mat & water bottle. Yoga mats are available for purchase or rent in studio.
PLEASE remember that no cell phones, keys, bags/purses or jackets are permitted in the studio. Smart watches must be silenced.
