Before joining our Intermediate Reformer Pilates classes, we ask that all clients complete this complimentary 20-minute checkpoint.
This checkpoint is to ensure the student is prepared to take on more advanced movement within Reformer Pilates. The instructor will be checking for core stability + control, control of the reformer, breathing integration, exercise proficiency, flexibility + mobility, balance, strength + endurance, and lastly alignment. We want to see that you can smoothly transition on the reformer and keep up with the flow of the intermediate classes. Expect a condensed version of the intermediate flow.
Your instructor will also answer any questions you have, and offer personalized guidance as you take this next step in your Pilates practice.
