This 8-week session is for students who have joined or are preparing to join a swim team and want additional time in the water to improve their skills. This student must have the “Swim Team Prep” belt (see the swimmer's profile for belts). If the swimmer does not have this belt, discuss it with their current coach. 

These classes will focus on all four swimming strokes: freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly. Each session will have its own personalized goals and benchmarks to strive toward during the 8 weeks. Email grouplessons@swim.guru for interest or additional questions.
