Día de Los Muertos Workshop with Heather 

Join us on Saturday, October 25th at 1 PM for a special 90-minute workshop honoring the tradition of Día de Los Muertos. Heather will guide you through a restorative, room-temperature yoga flow designed to help you connect with the energy of your ancestors.

Following practice, you’ll create your own ofrenda/altar as a personal way to honor those who came before you. To make the experience even more meaningful, we’ll be joined by special guest Celeste on guitar, adding live music to the practice.
