Bro Yoga is a 4-week series created specifically for men over 40 who want to move better, feel stronger, and stay in the game—without pressure, pretzels, or performance.
Led by Jamie (a guy who actually understands male bodies and real-life stiffness), these classes focus on strength, mobility, balance, and flexibility that support how you move outside the studio—at the gym, on the golf course, in the yard, or just getting out of bed.
