Sound baths are a unique and powerful form of sound therapy that use sound vibrations and healing frequencies to promote deep relaxation, reduce stress, and enhance overall well-being. During a sound bath, you will be invited to lie down comfortably and allow the sounds to wash over you, gently guiding you into a state of profound rest.
