This intentional gathering includes breathwork, mantra chanting, and medicine music to help clear stagnant energy and align with higher vibrations of healing and presence. We’ll be drinking Mayan ceremonial cacao from Guatemala, a sacred plant medicine that has been used for centuries in ritual to support emotional clarity, inner healing, and spiritual connection.
