Mugwort (Artemisia vulgaris) has a long history of traditional use as a “dream herb” believed to enhance dream clarity, intensity, and recall. It is also thought to promote lucid dreaming. Participants have the option to be served mugwort prior to the sound healing to enhance their journey. 

 

Laura and Teddy are ceremonialists and initiated healers in the Shipibo-Konibo lineage of the Peruvian Amazon. They have both been dedicated patients, students and apprentices in this beautiful medicinal tradition for over a decade. Their sound bath is a unique experience of vibration which weaves together the doctoring chants of the Shipibo-Konibo, uplifting medicine songs, expansive mantra and sound healing to guide the passenger into a deep yet protected space for introspection, relaxation, healing, and transmutation.
