You’ll then be guided into the Integrative Amrit Method (I AM) of Yoga Nidra, a powerful guided meditation that brings the body into a state of deep rest while the mind remains awake and aware. This practice helps reduce stress, improve sleep, restore hormonal balance, and support emotional healing, allowing the body to rejuvenate cells, reset the nervous system, and release subconscious patterns of tension and anxiety.

While resting in this meditative state, you’ll be enveloped by the harmonic resonance of crystal singing bowls, whose pure tones gently retune the body’s vibrational frequency, promote energetic alignment, and foster mental clarity. No previous yoga or meditation experience is required—simply come as you are and allow the sound, stillness, and conscious guidance to restore your energy and bring inner harmony.
